What “Indi-Q” Means

Short for “Indian BBQ,” our name nods to the authentic tandoor oven at the heart of our kitchen. Our meats are roasted in a true tandoor—fired up to nearly 900°F—to develop that signature char and smoky flavor our customers rave about. Paired with our house-made sauces, they’re absolutely delectable and a must-try.
